Patricia Kulish has been practicing Massage Therapy since 1991.  Patricia uses several modalities in her integrated approach to bodywork. Relaxing therapies drawn from Swedish and Lymphatic Drainage to more intense Trigger Point and Myo-fascial Release Techniques are combined into a healing session customized to the client's individual needs.  Massage Therapy addresses issues such as pain management, injury recovery, stress reduction, pre and post surgery treatment, increased circulation and mobility to name a few.  Patricia started in skin care as a theatrical make-up artist and designer, and is a licensed naturopathic aesthetician and certified laser professional. She practices advanced aesthetics such as laser hair reduction and anti-aging facials, chemical peels and face toning massage. She is also an Internationally Certified Hypnotherapist and Advanced EFT Practitioner and uses these therapies to treat stress, aversions, phobias, anxiety and breaking negative habits. Helping clients heal is her passion and life's work.


F. Lee Green

Salon Manager


F. Lee Green has been in the field of Cosmetology since 1984.  Native to the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, he made his move to Fayetteville in 1987.  He is certified in make-up artistry from the John Robert Powers School of Modeling in Dallas, Texas and taught seven years as an educator for Sebastian and Matrix, specializing in Logic's Color. For several years he was a stylist for Readyfest, a community event that offered free hair cuts for low-income elementary age children at the beginning of each school year.  Lee opened Gemini Salon in July of 2001 with the desire to create an environment that was not only pleasing to the client but a place where salon professionals felt proud to bring their clients.  This philosophy continues to guide the growth and evolution of White Lotus Salon and Massage.


E.D. Laningham

Office Manager

Vibroacoustic Therapist

E.D. Laningham holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas. He is certified in Primary Training from Montessori Educators International. He worked as a Counselor/Music Therapist at Charter Vista of Northwest Arkansas and was Minister of Music for the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Fayetteville. His Continuing Education credits include Master Classes from the International Sound Healing Conference in "Frequencies of Healing", "Advanced Neuroacoustics for Musicians and Therapeutic Professionals" and "Bio-Tuning: Scientific Sound Healing in the 21st Century" with Dr. Jeffery Thompson.      E.D. also tutors higher math and music, composes commissioned works for milestone events and performs for receptions/weddings.


Bryan Drake


Bryan Drake has been a Licensed Cosmetologist for 17 years.  He received his training in both Arkansas and California.  He has managed Salons for the Regis Corporation for many years as well as managing the San Paolo Salon and Spa in Brea, California before opening his own hair and tanning salon.        His Continuing Education credits include training from Tony and Guy of Laguna Beach, California.  He has a passion for the beauty industry and often uses his talents to benefit the communilty.  He has participated in the "Look Good,Feel Better" program for cancer recovery and offered his professional services for "cut-a-thons" for the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer.


Jacque Morris


Jacque Morris moved to Fayetteville 12 years ago to begin his career as a stylist.  He spent the first two years of his styling career as an apprentice to further his education, and maximize his skills.  Jacque learned early into his career that communication with clients is the key that unlocks the door to people looking and feeling their best.   Jacque had been nationally published twice for hair cutting and coloring, and he specializes in color formulation, hair cutting, and most of all, communicating in such a way that sharing your vision of style will be effortless.      In 2012, Jacque’s passion for communicating led him to be certified as a life and business coach.  He owns a coaching company called THE CENTRE OF YOU, and he believes his certification has just furthered his ability to connect with clients.     Jacque sees clients on a by-appointment basis, and always welcomes new clients into his chair.  He also believes that when people feel good about themselves, they make others feel good, and it is his delight and honor to continue spreading that energy into our world.


Ivy Shaffer


Ivy Shaffer moved to Fayetteville from Eureka Springs three years ago. She has been in the beauty industry for over ten years and is passionate about creating bonds with her clients. Ivy was confident at an early age that making others feel good about themselves is something she wanted to do the rest of her life.  Her specialties include relaxing spa pedicures customized to suit each client, modern cuts for both men and women, color highlights, waxing and make up.


Andrea Hammond


Andrea has been in the beauty industry for over thirty years and owned a salon on the Fayetteville Square for seven years.  Her professional passions are curly hair, color, hilights, special occasion hair and cutting/styling hair for men, women and children.  She is an advocate for healthy hair and uses ammonia free organic color and perms as well as Redken color.

"My focus is to help others feel beautiful on the inside as well as the outside.  I believe that how we feel about ourselves determines how we see others in this world.  We should strive everyday to become happier, healthier and wiser to make our world a better place 


Jamie Hayes

Master Massage Therapist

Jammie is a Master Massage Therapist certified in Prenatal massage and Lymphatic drainage.  She specializes in Deep Tissue massage.  She is currently the Lead Instructor at Blue Cliff College.  She also offers specialty facials from Eminence Organic Skin Care.


David Lewis

David facilitates Energy Medicine Modalities of Core Shamanism, Reiki, Shamanic Sound Healing, Mystery School Approaches, Faerie Healing, and Healing with Nature to accomplish Soul Retrieval, Soul Activation, Soul Care, Emergence Care, Mask Enlightenment, Extraction, Curse Unraveling, Lineage Repatterning, Compassionate Release, Creation, and Nourishment.  David has training and experience over seven years as student, facilitator, mentor, and teacher of Core Shamanism, Energy Medicines, and Holy Fire II Reiki through The LightSong School at Portland, Oregon, and as a Professional Member of The International Center for Reiki Training; over twenty years in the food industry (Chef/Owner of Brick House Kitchen and La maison des tartes); and over thirty years as a Designer writing about, teaching, and facilitating the creation of NEW spaces, NEW places, and NEW Expressions that represent NEW life patterns, wholeness, wellness, and well-being-ness.
